Janice and Jim Ironside are the owners of MEGA Gymnastics. They are USAG certificed coaches and enjoy traveling to meets to cheer on "their girls".
Savannah Turpin
Competitive Team and Recreational Gymnastics Coach
Coach Savannah is a former MEGA team gymnast and state champion. She is currently attending Clemson University for her Bachelors degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She coaches our MEGA competition team and recreational gymnastics classes. She has been coaching for over 6 years. Her favorite part of coaching is watching the girls grow and exceed in new and difficult skills!
Molly Walton
Competition Team and Recreational Gymnastics Coach
Coach Molly is a former level 9 gymnast and now works with both our competition and recreational gymnastics classes. Her favorite part of coaching is encouraging the gymnasts to do new skills!
Meredith Merrill
Competition Team and Recreational Coach
Coach Meredith is a former MEGA gymnast who competed gymnastics for a number of years in the xcel and compulsory programs. She now works with both our MEGA competition team and recreatonal gymnastics classes.
Caedyn Hooker
Recreational Coach
Coach Caedyn is a former MEGA gymnast who competed in our xcel program for a number of years. She now works with our recreational gymnastic classes and loves working with the children as she aspires to be a teacher in the future.
Kaylie Smith
Recreational Gymnastics Coach
Coach Kaylie is currently one of our recreational coaches who works with both the girls and boys gymnastics classes. She is a cheerleader for gilbert high school and enjoys bringing her knowledge of skills to class.
Marti Griffin
Office Administrative Assistant
Marti began working at MEGA this past August. She is semi-retired from National Healthcare of Lexington. She brings a multitude of skills with her. She was the former Director of Human Resources and Nursing Scheduler at National Healthcare. She has years of customer service experience as well as all the necessary office duties. She is delighted to service you and your gymnast. Marti and her family have been part of the MEGA family for over 10 years. They have been gymnasts and coaches. Please see Marti in the office for any questions, payments, etc.
