Customer Portal Instructions for New Customers:

 

New customers please click the customer portal link above to create new account. You will need to provide your email adress and create a password. 

Once you have logged in, you are required to have a card on file with us. Here are the steps to add your card to your account:

1.) Click on “My Account”

2.) Click on Payments

3.) Go to Add Payment Info to save payment for reoccurring billing

4.) After saving if you would like to make a payment with the account - click on Make a Payment.

 

After creating one or more students you will be able to register them into our recreational gymnastics classes!

*New students are eligible for one free trial in one of our available recreational classes. This may be requested through your customer portal.

 

 

Customer Portal Instructions for Existing Customers:

 

In order to retrieve your account first, click Login. Second, the system will ask if you are a current customer. Please make sure you click “Yes.” Third, you will then click “Forgot Password” to set a new password using your email address currently on file with us. The fourth and final step will be to log into the account once the new password has been created. 

Please click this link to access our Customer Portal: https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/megasc. If the system does not recognize the email you provide, but you have an account with our gym, please contact us at 803-892-6342.

Customer Enrollment Drop Request:

Here at MEGA Gymnastics we have a 30-day notice policy that we follow when a child is leaving enrollment. In order to follow this correctly, please reach out to us through email to request a drop date from the class your child is participating in. Your child can participate in class until that established date and you will be removed from enrollment once that date passes. If you reach out and request a drop from enrollment imediately your account will still be charged for that month due to our policies.
